For organisations awarded a revenue grant, the process of claim and reconciliation is done every six months and you can download the forms below to help you submit your claim.
Use this at the start of your project to confirm your project budget and claim your first payment.
Use this at every mid-year point: e.g. six months into the first year, then six months into the second year etc. You’ll reconcile your expenditure for the past six months and claim your funding for the next six months.
Use this at the start of your second year. You’ll reconcile your expenditure for the full first year and claim your funding for the first six months of year two.
Use this at the start of your third year. You’ll reconcile your expenditure for the full second year and claim your funding for the first six months of year three.
Use this at the start of your fourth year. You’ll reconcile your expenditure for the full third year and claim your funding for the first six months of year four.
Use this at the start of your fifth year. You’ll reconcile your expenditure for the full fourth year and claim your funding for the first six months of year five.
Use this at the end of your project to reconcile the final total project spend.

Our Small Grants Programme sought to develop opportunities for communities to get more people physically active. It supported new projects through providing National Lottery funding of between £300 and £15,000.
A £7.5 million fund, with up to £10,000 in match funding, as part of a support package to help clubs and organisations set up and run crowdfunding campaigns related to the ongoing impact of Covid-19, as well as the emerging energy, cost of living or other local crises - such as adverse weather.
