We have appointed two new members to our Executive Leadership Team.
Nick Percy will start at Sport England as Executive Director for Investments on 11 May, while Amy Rice will begin her role as Executive Director for Resources on 1 June.
Our chief executive, Simon Hayes, is delighted to welcome them at an important time for the organisation.
"I’m really pleased to be able to bring Nick and Amy to Sport England," he said.
"They bring significant leadership experience to the organisation as well as a strong track record of delivering change and improving performance, and a proven ability to build cultures which support teams to thrive.
"They both have a clear passion for improving lives and communities across the country through sport and physical activity and I know they will make an enormous contribution to our organisation.
"I’m looking forward to working closely with them as we continue to evolve and deliver on our ambitious strategy."

Nick spent the last 15 years of his career at BBC Studios, where he held a variety of senior leadership roles across commercial and strategy functions.

He said: “I’m delighted to be joining Sport England. I’m passionate about its mission, having seen first-hand the positive impact sport and physical activity can have on individuals, communities and society as a whole.
“I’m looking forward to working with Simon, Chris Boardman[Sport England chair], colleagues across the organisation and our partners to build on that impact – as well as finding the time to continue volunteering as a hockey and cricket coach alongside my role.”
Amy brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across public, private and third sectors.
Most recently Executive Director at Seetec Group, she has led major transformation programmes in organisations including the Ministry of Justice and as CEO of St Margaret Clitherow Catholic Academy Trust.
